2. Product Information & Colors
We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our kids' clothing as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate. Slight variations in color or design may occur.
3. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Happy Huggies reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, or incomplete contact information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. During sale periods or holidays (like Eid), delivery may take slightly longer. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen weather conditions.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy for unused items with original tags attached. We do not offer cash refunds; however, we will happily exchange the size or provide a voucher for future use. Sale items are generally final and may not be eligible for exchange unless defective.
6. Personal Information
Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information (Name, Address, Phone Number) is used solely for processing your order and delivering it to your doorstep. We do not share your data with third parties.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
