1 Shipping Charges
We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our Happy Huggies family:
- Orders above PKR 2500: FREE DELIVERY
- Orders below PKR 2500: Standard Rate (PKR 200 - 250)
2 Delivery Time
We process all orders within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Karachi: 1 to 2 Working Days.
- Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 3 to 4 Working Days.
- Remote Areas: 4 to 6 Working Days.
*Please note that during sales or public holidays (Eid, etc.), delivery may be slightly delayed.
3 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and Email with your Tracking Number. You can use this number on our "Track Your Order" page to see exactly where your package is.
Important: Please do not accept the parcel if the seal is broken or the flyer looks tampered with. If this happens, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
