Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your Happy Huggies purchase!

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Once the order has been handed over to the courier (usually within 24 hours), we cannot cancel it. If you wish to cancel, please WhatsApp us immediately at 0332-2649219.

2. Returns & Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 7-Day Exchange Policy. You can exchange an item if:

• The size does not fit your child.
• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• You received the wrong item/color.

*Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

3. Shipping Charges for Returns

• Case A: Defective/Wrong Item Sent
  We apologize! We will pay for the return shipping and send you the correct item immediately free of charge.
• Case B: Size Issue / Change of Mind
  If you ordered the wrong size or simply want to change the color, you will be responsible for the courier charges to send the item back to us.

4. Refund Policy

We generally offer Exchanges Only. We do not offer cash refunds. However, if the item is out of stock, we will issue you a Store Credit Voucher of the same amount, which you can use for your next purchase on our website.
